Neelakanth Lamani

Neelakanth Lamani is a professional with a strong background in food science and horticulture. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Technician at Nonni's Foods LLC since May 2023, Neelakanth previously worked as a Research Assistant at McGill University from January 2022 to January 2023, focusing on post-harvest processing of fresh fruits and vegetables using advanced techniques. Neelakanth holds a Master of Science in Food Science from McGill University, completed in June 2023, and a Bachelor of Science in Horticulture (Honors) from the University of Horticultural Sciences, Bagalkot, obtained in April 2020.
