Dele Oyemaja

Prior to joining Project Access NOW, Dele spent four and half years as a consultant on the DEI Team at Metro Regional Government where he also served as Co-Chair for Committee on Racial Equity. In this role, he advised Metro Council and staff on the implementation of the strategic plan to advance racial equity, diversity, and inclusion. Dele also worked for SEIU 503 Training Partnership as Stakeholder Relationship Liaison where he managed stakeholder relationships statewide on the implementation of SB 1534. Dele has also worked for WorkSourcePortland Metro/SE Works in Workforce Development, City of Portland Office of Equity and Human Rights, Multnomah County, IRCO. Dele received his graduate degree in Public Administration and Policy and a double specialty in labor relations and criminal justice policy from Hartfield School of Government at Portland State University.
