Madalyn Bach

Madalyn Bach is the Development Director of The Rosewood Initiative. A purpose driven organization in Outer East Portland that works with the community to create the conditions that make it possible for everyone in the Rosewood neighborhood to thrive. Over the past 18 years her work experience has included managing, analyzing, and improving the organization of city-wide programs to reduce barriers and provide better access to resources. Madalyn enjoys finding new places to eat (especially spicy food), cooking for friends and family, and finding weekend adventures to go on.
