Tina Rowan Zoller

Tina Rowan Zoller serves as the Director of Finance & Employee Experience at NEW (Nonprofit Enterprise at Work) since April 2023, overseeing the organization's financial strategy and employee experience initiatives while ensuring compliance with GAAP. Prior roles include Finance & Employee Experience Manager at the same organization, where Tina implemented finance and HR policies and managed accounting activities. As the Executive Director and founding member of Accent Pontiac from August 2016 to April 2023, Tina led significant expansions in student enrollment and budget, while promoting diversity and equity through various initiatives. Previous experience includes roles as Music Teacher at Pride Academy Charter School and Corps Member for Teach For America, alongside serving as President of Mentors for the Ypsilanti Youth Orchestra. Tina holds a Bachelor's Degree in Violin Performance and Organizational Studies from the University of Michigan.
