Shaunna Hook

Shaunna Hook is an Associate Consultant for Total Rewards at Nonprofit HR. Shaunna has over three years of experience working in Human Resources and has previous experience working in both the public and nonprofit sector. Shaunna has a passion for working with people and helping them reach their full potential. In their previous role as an Associate Human Resources Business Partner, Shaunna was responsible for formulating methods to improve employment policies, processes and practices as well as recommending changes to management. Shaunna also has experience with project management, designing and implementing new hire orientation and onboarding procedures, developing a professional development program and launching other HR initiatives.

Shaunna Hook completed their undergraduate degree at Pennsylvania State University, where they majored in psychology.
