Stephenie D’Benedetto

Stephenie D’Benedetto, SHRM-SCP, provides proactive and high-quality HR support in a client service environment leveraging proven best practices to serve organizations and their business needs. She leads in the development, execution and monitoring of HR goals, objectives and systems on behalf of clients. Stephenie has over 10 years of experience in human resources that includes nonprofit and local government, as well as the outdoor and active lifestyle industries. She is passionate about innovation and creative solutions to employee relations and workforce issues. Stephenie is skilled in multiple areas of HR, including leaves of absence, policy creation and revision, workplace culture initiatives and diversity, equity and inclusion.

Stephenie earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. She transitioned into human resources, where she found her passion. Stephenie is a Society of Human Resources Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and has received a DEI Certification from the University of South Florida.
