Sweta S. Butala

Sweta S. Butala, MBA, SHRM-CP, LDSS, currently serves as an Associate Consultant at Nonprofit HR since June 2022. With a strong background in human resources, Sweta previously held the position of Human Resource Coordinator at CSIU / Central Susquehanna Intermediate Unit from July 2018 to May 2021 and served as a Human Resource Business Partner at Arista Care at Loyalsock from August 2016 to November 2017. An early career as a Human Resource Assistant for Union and Non-Union Employees at The TJX Companies, Inc. lasted from August 2011 to April 2016. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Business Administration and Human Resource Management from Wilkes University, a Post Graduation in Management focused on Human Resources and Organizational Behavior from the University of Mumbai, and a Bachelor's degree in Statistics & Operation Research from Bhavans College.
