Tammy Charles

Tammy Charles serves as the Chief Revenue Officer at Black Innovation Alliance and holds the position of Director of Corporate Relations at the University of Tampa while also teaching as an Adjunct Professor of Management and Social Entrepreneurship. As the Founder and CEO of Inovo Strategic Consulting, Tammy provides coaching and consulting services focused on fundraising, board development, and programmatic innovation. Additional roles include Founder and Managing Director of Tampa Bay Spark, where Tammy fosters collaboration among professionals and entrepreneurs, and facilitating workshops at the Nonprofit Leadership Center. Tammy’s educational background includes multiple degrees and certifications, such as an MBA from the University of Tampa, and participation in the Executive Program at the University of Pennsylvania, further solidifying expertise in social impact strategy and entrepreneurial studies.
