Allison Howe is an experienced nonprofit executive with a strong background in health services administration. Currently serving as Executive Director at NonProfitConnect since January 2019, Allison has held key leadership roles including Vice President of Medical Administration at Planned Parenthood of Central and Greater Northern New Jersey and Vice President of Health Services at Planned Parenthood Association of the Mercer Area. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Director of the Alzheimer's Association Delaware Valley Chapter and Executive Director at Summerville at Voorhees Assisted Living. Allison holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in English from William & Mary and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Health Services Administration from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.

Through strengthening governance practices and leadership capacity, we help nonprofits maximize the impact of their programming for the communities they serve. Through our highly-acclaimed BoardConnect program, we recruit talented professionals who are interested in nonprofit board service. This four-part training series ensures that emerging and seasoned leaders are fully equipped to support and grow organizations whose missions align with their personal passions. Our LeadershipConnect, program provides training, professional development, and support to nonprofit board and staff leaders. They learn best practices from top experts, on topics ranging from board development to succession planning. NonProfitConnect's valued funding partners include the Princeton Area Community Foundation and the Bunbury Fund, as well as private donors and corporate foundation partners. Our partners help to ensure that NonProfitConnect will continue to build nonprofits' capacity, creating both local and global social change.
