Allison Hernandez started working as a Multicultural Event Advisor at the University of Rhode Island in September 2017 and ended in May 2019. In June 2018, they joined Butler Hospital as a Mental Health Worker, and then in September 2019, they became a Case Manager at Fellowship Health Resources, Inc. (FHR). Most recently, in August 2022, Allison started working as a Program Manager at the Nonviolence Institute.
Allison Hernandez completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Gender and Women Studies at the University of Rhode Island from 2015 to 2019. Allison went on to pursue a Master's degree in International Relations at the same university from 2020 to 2022.
