Sugar Jany has extensive experience in monitoring, evaluation, and reporting in humanitarian and peacekeeping contexts. Currently serving as a Research Monitoring & Evaluation Officer at Nonviolent Peaceforce since September 2017, Sugar Jany provides technical support and conducts training for field teams. Alongside this role, Sugar Jany has held various positions at the United Nations Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS) and the United Nations, focusing on data management, passenger movement control, and security operations.
