Emmanuel Lambert, PMP®, PSM1®, serves as Chief Technology Officer at Mobilize Power Solutions since July 2022 and is also an agent partner at Nonvoice Agency since March 2021, focusing on building a network of technology partners to promote rich media applications in 5G ecosystems. Previously, from January 2020 to July 2022, Emmanuel worked as a freelance project manager and technical advisor specializing in project and program management across various methodologies, including Scrum-agile and Lean Six Sigma. Emmanuel’s extensive experience includes roles as Program Director for big data and analytics at TCL Communication from February 2016 to June 2019 and EMEA Technical Director at ALCATEL ONE TOUCH from December 1996 to January 2016. Emmanuel holds a Master’s Degree from ECAM Louis de Broglie and has a strong background in device and service roadmap development, regulatory compliance, and technical support in telecommunications.
