Richard Dam

Richard Dam is an accomplished technology leader and engineer with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering and Engineering Manager at Noodle Factory since August 2020, Richard also contributes as a Software Engineer and Technical Advisor at Toptal since August 2019. As a co-founder and Chief Technology Officer at TDC VN jsc, Richard has led teams in fintech, banking, and AI. Previous roles include Technical Advisor at GPay Joint Stock Company, Head of Engineering at GO-VIET, and Solutions Architect at SmartOSC, where Richard built and managed engineering teams and developed eCommerce platforms. Richard holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Engineering and Technology, VNU, Hanoi.
