Brian Clement has over 25 years of work experience in data and analytics roles. Starting in 1995 at Accenture as a Consultant, they later joined Qwest Communications in 1999. At Qwest, they held various positions including Director of HRIS and Director of Corporate IT and Program Management, where they were responsible for program management, solution architecture, and portfolio management for multiple departments.
In 2007, Clement joined CenturyLink as the IT Director of Data and Analytics, leading a global development team responsible for data warehousing, reporting, and analytics. Brian also served as the ERP Systems Integration Program Director, leading application assessments and facilitating consensus between different departments.
From 2015 to 2018, Clement worked at Tectonic as the Vice President of Delivery, leading a global team that delivered cloud-based data and analytics solutions. Brian specialized in sales, marketing, and customer service areas, helping customers improve customer acquisition, prevent customer churn, and create personalized customer experiences.
From 2018 to 2022, they were the Global Director of Data & Analytics, Web and Mobile Apps at Newmont Corporation. In this role, they led a team of experts and employed cloud technology, agile and DevOps delivery methods, and advanced analytics to provide global solutions to corporate teams and mine operations.
Currently, Clement holds the position of Vice President of Data & Analytics at Noodles & Company, starting in 2022.
Brian Clement attended Miami University from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Analysis. Prior to their enrollment at Miami University, they attended Worthington High School in Worthington, Ohio. However, the specific duration and field of study during their time at Worthington High School are unknown.
