Justin Goodwin

Justin Goodwin has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Justin began their career as a Management Trainee at Hertz Local Edition in 2006 and worked their way up to become a Manager within a year. During their time at Hertz, Justin achieved double-digit revenue increases, conducted outside marketing, and landed new referral accounts. Justin also oversaw the daily operations of multiple locations and trained new hires.

In 2012, Justin joined Staples as a Business Consultant before moving on to ADP in 2013, where they served as a District Manager. At ADP, they provided comprehensive HR and payroll services to small businesses, ensuring compliance with regulations and reducing employer liability.

From 2014 to 2018, Justin worked at TriNet as a Professional Employer Consultant. Their role involved streamlining HR processes, reducing costs, and protecting businesses from liabilities. Justin also provided ongoing HR support and expertise to clients.

In 2018, Justin joined Siemens as a Sales Consultant, where they played a key role in driving sales growth. Justin then transitioned to FBMC Benefits Management in 2021 as an Employee Benefits Consultant, specializing in designing and implementing employee benefits plans.

In 2021, Justin joined Wallbox Chargers as a Regional Manager, where they contributed to the mission of transitioning to renewable energy by developing and promoting electric vehicle charging solutions. Justin was later promoted to Senior Manager of Sales and Business Development for the Southeast US before joining Noodoe in 2022 as a Sales Director, South.

Throughout their career, Justin has demonstrated strategic thinking, sales expertise, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Justin Goodwin earned a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Florida College of Journalism and Communications. Justin attended the college from 2002 to 2006.
