Charlie Wiebe

Charlie Wiebe is an experienced professional in revenue operations and strategy, currently serving as VP of Revenue Operations at Nooks since April 2025. Prior to this role, Charlie held the position of Head of GTM Strategy & Operations at Forma from March 2024 to March 2025 and was the Director of Revenue Strategy & Operations at Modern Health from July 2019 to March 2024. At Modern Health, Charlie was instrumental as the first member of the Revenue Strategy & Operations team, developing strategic priorities and analytics over a 1.5-year period. Earlier experience includes senior and managerial roles in revenue strategy and operations at Collective Health and a business operations position at Castlight Health. Charlie holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics and Public Health from Tufts University.
