Kevin Grice

Kevin Grice is an experienced talent acquisition and people operations professional currently serving as the Interim Recruiting Lead at Nooks since June 2023. As the Founder of VenturePOps, a boutique consultancy specializing in technical hiring, Kevin provides embedded RPO, interim talent leadership, and hiring coaching for startups. Previously, as People Operations Leader at TrialSpark from November 2017 to October 2021, Kevin contributed to scaling the company from 12 to 170 employees and increasing its valuation from $60M to $1B. Kevin's career trajectory includes significant roles at Google, where responsibilities ranged from HR Business Partner to leading a tech recruitment team, achieving record hires and diversity benchmarks. Kevin's early career included positions as an IT Recruitment Consultant at blue-infinity and a Recruitment Consultant at Meridian Business Support. Academically, Kevin holds a Legal Practice Course degree from the University of the West of England and an LLB (Hons) from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
