Jean Clifton

Jean Clifton currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Noom, Inc., starting in December 2023. With extensive experience in financial leadership, Clifton held roles such as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Pyramid Healthcare, Inc. until March 2024, and Chief Financial Officer at Veterinary Specialists of North America, LLC from 2014 to 2018, overseeing the establishment of multiple specialty veterinary hospitals. Previous positions include CFO and Executive Vice President at WestwoodOne, Interim CFO at MidOcean Partners for multiple ventures, and CEO of Platinum Strategic Partners. Clifton also contributes as a board member at Summit Professional Networks and MeetMe, and as an Audit Chair. An alumnus of the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business, Clifton holds a BBA with a focus on finance, accounting, and marketing.
