Tirrell Payton is an experienced organizational development consultant currently serving as the Managing Partner at Nooma since July 2019, focusing on helping clients achieve sustainable speed. Prior experience includes roles as a Consultant at McKinsey & Company, where Tirrell specialized in maximizing commercial value in the Pharma sector, and as Managing Consultant at SolutionsIQ, leading Agile transformation efforts. Tirrell also founded Payton Consulting, assisting companies in product innovation, and established BT Software and Research, creating the Kaliki spoken word platform.
