Alisher Saydalikhodjayev

Alisher Saydalikhodjayev is a seasoned product leader with extensive experience across prominent tech companies. Currently serving as VP of Product and Design at Noon Academy since October 2021, Alisher focuses on innovative approaches to education. Previously, as Director of Product at WhatsApp Inc., key contributions included implementing the founders' values into product culture and launching desktop calling during the COVID lockdown, which significantly enhanced user engagement. As a Senior Product Manager at Zillow Group, Alisher enhanced the quality of real estate transaction data, while earlier roles at Microsoft included pioneering mobile ecosystem initiatives that achieved substantial user growth. Alisher's diverse background also encompasses strategic consulting for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and analytical roles at McKinsey & Company.
