Fahd Akhtar

Fahd Akhtar is an experienced Category Manager currently overseeing the Outright/Retail & Marketplace business model at noon since October 2020, responsible for product selection and procurement across UAE, KSA, and Egypt. Prior to noon, Fahd held the position of Purchasing Manager at Build-A-Bear Workshop, focusing on merchandise selection and logistics within the GCC. Fahd's earlier experience includes roles as Category Buyer and Assistant Buyer at TOYS "R" US, with responsibilities in product category planning and sourcing, as well as procurement for multiple toy categories across the MENA region. Fahd began the career as an Assistant Buyer at E-City General Trading LLC. Fahd holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management and multiple diplomas in related fields from Jamia Hamdard and Flying Cats Airhostess Training Academy.
