Maya El Ayach

Maya El Ayach is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in growth and digital strategy, currently serving as the Senior Vice President at Noon since September 2017. Prior to this role, Maya held various positions at Bain & Company from 2010 to 2017, where responsibilities included leading case teams and consulting on strategic projects across sectors such as healthcare, retail, and private equity in the GCC region. Additional experience includes a product management internship at Amazon focusing on enhancements for the Amazon Fashion segment and an entrepreneurial role at Rocket Internet AG, where customer insights and operations optimization were emphasized. Maya holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Computer Science from the American University of Beirut.
