Mostafa Salem serves as the General Manager of Growth & Commercial and VP of Growth and Digital Strategy at noon since November 2020. Previously, Mostafa held various roles at A.T. Kearney, including Manager and Associate from November 2016 to October 2020. Mostafa's experience also includes serving as PMO Manager for the Holy Haram Expansion Project at Saudi BinLaden Group, where significant achievements included leading project management efforts that earned an Outstanding Team Performance Award and successfully managing cost negotiations. Mostafa started the career as a Planning Engineer, contributing to schedule development and progress monitoring on large-scale infrastructure projects. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering (Construction Management) from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering from The American University in Cairo.
