Ritika Dogra

Ritika Dogra is an experienced professional in the textile and apparel industry, currently serving as the Assistant Manager of Sourcing and Product Development at noon since August 2020. Prior to this role, Ritika worked at REDTAG UAE as an Assistant Buyer, focusing on a diverse range of clothing categories across multiple markets in the Middle East. Additional experience includes positions such as Assistant Manager of Fabric Sourcing at GLOBAL APPAREL SOURCING LIMITED, where responsibilities encompassed product development and vendor management, as well as a role as a Fabric Merchandiser at Adrianna Papell, providing technical support and fabric sourcing. Ritika began the career as a Researcher at Kyung-In Synthetic Corporation, delivering technical services and color solutions to global clients. Ritika holds a Master’s degree in Textile Engineering and Management from Dr. B R Ambedkar National Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Textile Chemistry from Guru Nanak Dev University.
