Noorderhart
Walter Rabijns serves as the Human Resources Organization Director at Noorderhart since February 2020 and has been a member of Rotary International and the Supervisory Board at A-kwadraat since 2018 and 2015, respectively. Previously, Walter held various HR leadership roles at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson from 2003 to 2018, including Global Human Resources Business Partner and HR Director positions. Walter's early career included significant HR roles at Danone from 1992 to 2003 and recruitment consultancy at Siemens. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from KU Leuven and additional HR and business training from prominent institutions.

Noorderhart is de overkoepelende naam waaronder het Mariaziekenhuis en het Revalidatie & MS Centrum - beiden gelegen in Pelt - hun vleugels hebben uitgeslagen. Noorderhart verwijst naar onze centrale ligging in Noord-Limburg en naar ons warm hart voor onze patiënten, want zij verdienen niets minder dan excellente zorg. Noorderhart staat ook voor zorgzaamheid en geborgenheid. Noorderhart Mariaziekenhuis en Noorderhart Revalidatie & MS hebben én behouden elk hun eigen sterktes en troeven. Voor onze patiënten is er dus niets veranderd. Ze kunnen blijven rekenen op onze excellente zorg, want dat is wat telt.
