Hugues Lessard is a mechanical engineer with extensive experience in product development and project management. Currently serving as an Ingénieur mécanique at Noovelia since November 2025, Hugues previously held the position of Senior Product Engineer and Mechanical Tech Lead at Waste Robotics from November 2019 to November 2025, overseeing mechanical product development and supporting aftersale services. Additional experience includes working as a professor at Cégep de Trois-Rivières while also contributing as a Product Engineer from August 2018 to April 2025.
