Aimee Avery is a graphic designer who has worked in the industry for over 30 years. Aimee got their start in 1990 with Geobel Miniatures, where they were responsible for designing magazine ads, packaging, product decals, and mailers. In November 2015, they took a position as graphic designer production manager with Santa Ynez Valley Star/Santa Barbara Family & Life Magazine. In this role, they were responsible for design and layout of the newspaper, pagination of all issues, and writing headlines, captions, and briefs when needed. Aimee also designed editorial logos, illustrations, and photo illustrations for display feature articles. In October 2018, they left this position to take a job as a graphic designer with Noozhawk.
Aimee Avery completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Graphic Design, Communication from the University of California and an Associate of Arts (AA) in Graphic Design, Photography, Journalism from Allan Hancock College.
