Han Sterk

Han Sterk is an accomplished executive in the retail and fashion industry, currently serving as CEO of Norah since October 2023, where the company won the ABN-Amro Retailer of the Year award for the Ladies' Fashion category for 2024-2025. As the owner of SterkSpreker since May 2023, Han delivers motivational speaking engagements using humor and practical examples. Previous roles include CCO and Managing Director at vanHaren Schoenen BV, Head of Retail at HUGO BOSS, and Director of Retail at Only for Men, where Han led the chain to numerous awards for best menswear stores and online presence. A strong background in retail management includes positions as Area Manager at Jeans Centre and Account Manager at NZA New Zealand Auckland. Han holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a focus on marketing and communication from Inholland University, complemented by language studies.
