Brad Montgomery has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Brad started their career as a Regional Director at Park Nicollet Health Services in 1986 and remained in that role for ten years. Following this, they worked as an Administrative Center Director and Associate to the Dean at the University of Minnesota Medical School from 1999 to 2003. Brad then joined The Syndeo Group as a Partner, where they provided consulting services and interim leadership to healthcare organizations. In 2003, they became the Executive Director of HealthFront, a healthcare non-profit organization. After leaving HealthFront in 2009, Brad joined Allina Health System as a Regional Director, responsible for managing multiple clinics and departments. Since 2011, they have been the Executive Director of Noran Neurological Clinic, overseeing a large and independent neurology group with multiple locations. Throughout their career, Brad has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a wide range of expertise in the healthcare industry.
Brad Montgomery received their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Business from the University of North Dakota in 1983. Brad later pursued their Master of Health Administration (MHA) at the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis from 1983 to 1985. In addition to their educational background, Brad obtained certification as a Board Certified Medical Practice Executive through the American College of Medical Practice Executives (ACMP) in February 1995.
