Annette Monks is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience in the staffing industry. Currently serving as the Executive Director at Nora's Home since November 2024, Monks has previously held significant roles such as Executive Vice President/Managing Director at Randstad, where responsibility included sales and service delivery for the Midwest Region. As President of Carlton Staffing from 2011 to 2023, Monks led the award-winning company and focused on connecting hiring managers with job seekers. Earlier career positions include Vice President at Sandler Training and Regional Vice President at Adecco, where sales and operations were effectively managed across multiple regions. Monks began their career as an Account Manager at Adecco after earning a BA in Speech Communication from the University of Houston.

Nora’s Home welcomes patients at any stage of the transplant journey offering an instant support network among guests. The hospitality home aims to ease burdens many patients face by helping reduce the immense expenses and stresses incurred while undergoing transplant care. Located at 8300 El Rio Street near the Texas Medical Center, the self-supporting facility includes 32 private, double-queen bedrooms and baths, a fully equipped kitchen, fitness center, community room, meditation room, and education center and provides free shuttle services to and from the medical center.
