Lola Aleksandrova

Lola Aleksandrova is an experienced product leader with expertise in AI and GenAI products, currently serving at Norbit since January 2024. Prior to this role, Lola held positions including Product Manager for Depositary Services at the Central Securities Depository from January to August 2023, and Product/Project Manager at TheWaay from January 2021 to December 2022. Lola founded and served as CEO of Grace Flowers from April 2014 to June 2020. Early career roles included Senior Consultant at Sia Partners, Project Manager at Shater, Business Development Director at IC Evrofinancy, and Senior Analyst at Strategy Partners.
