Paul Houston

Mr. Houston is a retired executive who has served on a number of boards in Canada and the US, most recently with Ainsworth Lumber Co. Ltd. as Lead Director from 2009 to March 2015. Mr. Houston has been Lead Director of Norbord since May 2015. He has over 12 years of CEO experience in a variety of industries, most recently serving as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Alderwoods Group, a $1.2 billion U.S. company. He has also operated business in Canada, US and Europe
