Kristina Hanson Lowell

Kristina Hanson Lowell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in health policy research. Currently serving as Vice President & Senior Fellow and Principal Research Scientist at NORC at the University of Chicago since February 2010, Kristina has previously held significant roles including Research Director at The Brookings Institution and Senior Analyst at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. Earlier career positions include Senior Research Manager at Harris Interactive and Senior Policy Analyst at the Kaiser Family Foundation, as well as Research Assistant roles at the American Enterprise Institute. Kristina earned a PhD in Health Policy from Harvard University and a BA from Yale University.
