Matthew Linick is a distinguished academic and research leader with extensive experience in educational policy and program evaluation. Currently serving as a Senior Fellow at NORC at the University of Chicago, Matthew previously held the position of Chief Research and Evaluation Officer at McREL International, where responsibilities included leading the Research and Evaluation team and developing strategic research initiatives. Prior roles include Senior Researcher at the American Institutes for Research, Executive Director of Research and Evaluation for the Cleveland Metropolitan School District, and a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Matthew holds a Ph.D. in Educational Policy Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, along with a Master’s and Bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois Chicago.
