Lorenzo Goodwin

Lorenzo Goodwin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2007, they worked as a Cook at Chez Panisse until 2010. From 2010 to 2011, they were self-employed as a Private Chef. In 2011, they joined Edibles as a Product Developer, overseeing the roll out of edible products. From 2013 to 2016, Lorenzo was a Partner and Distribution Director at Cleared Checklist Inc., where they designed and operated a wholesale production facility and distribution business. During this time, they achieved a low product loss rate and implemented cost-saving measures. In 2016, Lorenzo designed, built, and operated their own restaurant, The Gastropig, where they served as the Owner and General Manager. Lorenzo successfully maintained low operating costs and achieved consistent profitability until the restaurant's closure due to COVID. Currently, Lorenzo is working as an Account Manager at NorCal Cannabis Company.
