Lorenzo Goodwin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2007, they worked as a Cook at Chez Panisse until 2010. From 2010 to 2011, they were self-employed as a Private Chef. In 2011, they joined Edibles as a Product Developer, overseeing the roll out of edible products. From 2013 to 2016, Lorenzo was a Partner and Distribution Director at Cleared Checklist Inc., where they designed and operated a wholesale production facility and distribution business. During this time, they achieved a low product loss rate and implemented cost-saving measures. In 2016, Lorenzo designed, built, and operated their own restaurant, The Gastropig, where they served as the Owner and General Manager.
