Johan Wiberg

Johan Wiberg has diverse work experience in various roles. Johan started their career in 2007 at ICA Gruppen as a Department Manager, where they were responsible for supplier negotiations and space management. During their time there, they also played a key role in launching self-scanning and self-ordering services. In 2011, Johan joined Jetshop as a Product and Production Manager, overseeing projects such as the development of a new mobile front and large customer customizations. Johan also provided technical sales support and consultant sales. From 2013 to 2017, they worked as a Product Owner, and later as an Application Specialist. Johan then joined Norce in 2019 as a Product Partner Manager and Product Owner, and currently holds the position of Chief Product Officer as of September 2022.

In 2011, they attended IHM business school for project management where they gained knowledge in team building, project methodology, leadership, and group dynamics.

From 2007 to 2008, they studied at ICA skolan, focusing on leadership development. This program covered topics such as the individual perspective, group perspective, development perspective, organizational and global perspective.

In 2005 and 2006, Johan Wiberg pursued a degree in BLUM (Retail Management education) at ICA skolan. The curriculum encompassed subjects like retail economy, marketing, leadership, and organization.
