Stephanie Howard

Stephanie Howard serves as the Human Resources Director at Norco Construction since May 2019, while also working as a Realtor® and Marketing Director at JL Real Estate Group since August 2020. Previously, Stephanie was a REALTOR® with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Preferred Real Estate from 2014 to 2022, specializing in first-time home buyers, resales, residential new construction, new home sales, and various marketing and advertising functions. Prior experience includes a role as Marketing Liaison/Assessment Facilitator at Angel Companions of Georgia from March 2017 to May 2019, focusing on community outreach and sales abilities. Stephanie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Auburn University and attended Southern Union State Community College and Handley High School.
