Jim Kissler

After working in various positions outside the company and within Norco, Jim purchased the company from his father in 1985 (see full Norco history here). Since then he has continued to passionately instill in our employees, customers and communities, the fundamental values upon which his parents established Norco. Jim has resided in Boise, Idaho for most of his life, and enjoys the great outdoors and spending time with his three daughters, grandchildren, and taking in a Boise State Broncos game.
