Mikael Kastell

Mikael Kastell is a Senior BIM/Data Specialist at Norconsult AB since December 2018, working on the Mälarbanan project, focusing on rerouting cables and pipes for new rail tracks in Solna and Sundbyberg. As the owner of Kastell Konsult since January 2008, Mikael provides consultancy services in Sweden. Previous roles include BIM/Information Coordinator at Swedavia AB from March 2017 to December 2018, contributing to the UPA program, and BIM Specialist for various companies including PEAB Bostad AB, Implenia, and Svensk Kärnbränslehantering AB, working on significant projects such as the Stockholm Bypass and handling of nuclear waste. Mikael holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Road and Transport Engineering from Dalarna University.
