Egil Hogna

Egil Hogna is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Chair and Board Member at RIF since May 2021 and Chief Executive Officer at Norconsult since December 2020, Hogna also holds positions as Chair and Deputy Chair of the Board of Trustees at BI Norwegian Business School since August 2022. Previously, Hogna was an ExCom Board Member at EUROPEAN ALUMINIUM and served as Executive Vice President at Norsk Hydro following the acquisition of Sapa, where Hogna was Chief Executive Officer. Hogna's earlier career includes senior roles at Yara International and Fertilizers Europe, as well as board membership at QAFCO. Educational background includes an Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School, an MBA from INSEAD, and an MSc in Industrial Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
