Sten-Ole Nilsen has extensive experience in the energy sector, having held various leadership roles at Norconsult AS since 1997, including Konserndirektør/EVP Renewable Energy and Senior Vice President/Head of Energy division. Currently, Sten-Ole serves as Chair of the Board of Directors for both Norconsult Poland and Norconsult Iceland since May 2021. Previous positions include Senior Electrical Engineer and Head Of Section at Norconsult AS, as well as roles at Jacobsen Elektro AS and Atlanten Elektro. Sten-Ole Nilsen holds a degree in Electric Power Systems from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), completed in 1992.
