Hussein Khreish

Hussein Khreish has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and companies. From 1998 to 2000, they worked as a Web Programmer at Maktoob Inc, where they developed the webmail service. From 2000 to 2006, they worked at NSN - Nokia Solutions and Networks, starting as a Senior Software Engineer and then progressing to roles such as R&D Manager, Project Manager, Scrum Master, and eventually becoming a Product Owner. Their responsibilities at NSN included managing teams, software development projects, and implementing new practices. Since 2016, Hussein has been with Nord Pool AS, where they started as an Agile Delivery Manager and is currently serving as the Head of Engineering. In this role, they develop and coaches agile teams, promotes lean and agile principles, and ensures consistent processes throughout the organization.

Hussein Khreish obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Applied Science University, which they attended from 1993 to 1997. In terms of additional certifications, they received the following qualifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in December 2021, Certified SAFe® 5 Program Consultant and Certified SAFe® 5 Release Train Engineer from Scaled Agile, Inc. in March 2020, Prince2 Foundation Certificate in Project Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in September 2016, and Scrum Master Certificate from Scrum Alliance in June 2009.
