Kristopher Dalen

Kristopher Dalen is an experienced property manager with a robust background in managing commercial portfolios. Currently serving at Nordblom Company since April 2019, Kristopher has overseen a portfolio of nine properties, 60 tenants, and approximately 260,000 square feet of retail space. Previous positions include property management roles at KeyPoint Partners, LLC, and Waterstone Retail, as well as earlier experience as an assistant property manager and property accountant. This extensive experience is complemented by strong interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating the establishment of solid relationships with clients, tenants, service vendors, and municipal officials.
