Laura Boule

Laura Boule has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Laura currently serves as the Vice President of Residential Asset and Property Management at Nordblom Company, where they are responsible for managing all multifamily properties and developing strategic plans for the portfolio. Prior to this, Laura held various roles at Equity Residential, including Vice President-Investments, where they oversaw the value maximization of assets in the portfolio, and Assistant Vice President-Investments, where they managed a portfolio of properties and coordinated activities related to acquisitions and dispositions. Before joining Equity Residential, Laura worked at Aspen Square Management as a District Manager, where they managed staff and real estate assets. Laura started their career as an RM at Western New England College.

Laura Boule obtained their High School Diploma from Westborough High School in 1997. Laura then attended Western New England University from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Management, a concentration in Human Resource Management, and a minor in Psychology. In 2001, Laura Boule furthered their education by pursuing an MBA in Business at Western New England University, which they completed in 2002.
