Kenn Urhøj

Kenn Urhøj serves as the Head of Sustainability Research at Nordea Asset Management, leading a team focused on analyzing sustainability risks and impacts while collaborating with Portfolio Managers on ESG integrated investment funds. With a comprehensive background in ESG analysis, Urhøj has held multiple roles including ESG Methodology Lead and Senior ESG Analyst, where responsibilities included developing methodologies and evaluating investments concerning responsible practices. Urhøj has contributed to various industry initiatives, including memberships in working groups for Finans Danmark and the Partnership for Carbon Accounting Financials (PCAF). Prior experience includes significant roles at Nordea, encompassing product management and investment fund administration, alongside an academic foundation from Copenhagen Business School, where a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management was attained.
