Aleksandra Muszynska

Aleksandra Muszynska is an experienced financial services professional currently serving as the Head of Discretionary Services at Nordea since May 2013. Prior to this role, Aleksandra held various leadership positions, including Team Leader in Clearing, FX/MM & Derivatives Operations, where responsibilities included strategic planning, team performance management, and customer orientation. With a strong background in team leadership from previous roles at ACS Xerox Company and Infosys BPO, Aleksandra has demonstrated expertise in managing transitions, building high-performing teams, and implementing internal controls.
