Anu Mäkiaho

Anu Mäkiaho has extensive experience at Nordea, having joined the company in October 2008 and currently serving as the Head of Partner & Customer Service for Retail Finance. Previous roles include Business Service Delivery Manager, VP of various teams within Personal Banking Compliance, and a focus on transforming banking operations. Anu has demonstrated expertise in risk management, compliance, and customer service, contributing significantly to back-office functions and strategic planning. Anu's early career included positions at Nordea from 2001 to 2007 and a role as a Purchase Assistant at UPM-Kymmene. Anu holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of Helsinki and is certified by the International Compliance Association.
