Cezary Stachewicz

Cezary Stachewicz has extensive experience in the banking and project management sectors, currently serving as the Head of Execution Leaders at Nordea since November 1998. Cezary holds multiple prestigious titles, including Executive Coach, SAFe SPC, and ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), along with certifications such as PMP and PSM I. Prior roles at Nordea include Senior IT Project Manager and Head of Foreign Settlements Team, where responsibilities encompassed managing foreign payments, technical correspondent banking, and account management. Since April 2015, Cezary has also maintained an independent practice as an Executive Coach. Cezary's academic background includes a Master's degree in IT and Econometrics from the University of Gdansk and a Bachelor's degree in Finance Management at Marketing and Management from GWSH Gdańsk.
