Charlotte Mayntz

Charlotte Mayntz has extensive experience in corporate communication and leadership, currently serving as the Head of the Finance Office and Head of the Management Office at Nordea since February 2018. Prior roles include the Head of Communication for Group People and Group Business Support at Nordea, as well as Director of Corporate Communication at Haldor Topsoe A/S, where Charlotte led a team to enhance global communication strategies. Charlotte also held significant leadership positions at Effector Communications, first as CEO and later as a Director & Partner, overseeing business development and client management. Additional experience includes directing planning and corporate communication at the Danish Patent and Trademark Office and serving as Deputy Mayor for Vallensbæk Kommune. Charlotte holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Corporate Communication from Copenhagen Business School and additional management training from INSEAD.
