Johanne Daugaard Risbjerg

Johanne Daugaard Risbjerg serves as the Head of Group Regulatory Management at Nordea, a position held since May 2016, where responsibilities include driving Group Legal operations and managing regulatory change and public affairs processes. With extensive experience in regulatory strategy, Johanne has led various teams focused on implementing regulatory changes across the Nordea Group and supported non-financial risk management initiatives. Prior to joining Nordea, Johanne held significant roles at Finanstilsynet, contributing to the implementation and supervision of EU directives in the financial sector, including serving as Deputy Director in the Collective Investments Division. Educational credentials include a Master and Bachelor in Political Science from the University of Copenhagen and participation in leadership training programs. Additionally, Johanne represented the Danish National Rowing Team at the 2004 Olympic Games.
